Immigration Litigation Counsel
Hart Kaminker acts as the firm’s immigration litigation counsel. Our clients’ needs do not always end at a visa post, port of entry, or other centre of immigration adjudication. Mr. Kaminker provides the firm with the ability to challenge immigration decisions where necessary, and resolve the issues of our clients. Mr. Kaminker has many years’ experience litigating Canadian immigration matters, and is an often-cited counsel at the Federal Court of Canada.
